INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Confidential, holistic, 50-minute sessions tailored to your specific needs. I specialize in treating the trauma spectrum (PTSD, CPTSD, DID, other dissociative disorders), but am experienced in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, domestic violence issues, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, sex/sexuality issues, neurodivergence issues, disability issues, identity and intersectionality issues, or just "feeling stuck." You also do not have to be in crisis to come to therapy. A lot of folks find benefit from using therapy as a tool in their ongoing wellness routine.
PSYCHEDELIC ASSISTED THERAPY + INTEGRATION
I am trained and certified in psychedelic-assisted therapy, which can be a powerful tool for processing and navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and identity issues. While many psychedelic medicines are on track to be legalized soon, I facilitate preparation and integration services for those who have pursued their own journeys, but wish to have support in making meaning of their experiences (or processing difficult ones).
